Training

The BTU Group is dedicated to the constant up-grading and training of our staff and engineers, to maintain a high performance service delivery, and to reinvest, ‘put something back’ into our industry. The BTU Group has access to a custom built CITB accredited training facility at our Head Office in Guildford. This ensures that all our staff are fully qualified for whatever role they have.

The company values staff training and is committed to ensuring that all staff receive adequate training and improvement training to maximise their individual potential.

 Staff training is reviewed annually during the staff appraisal and relevant training programmes are developed.

The company is committed to training staff new to the industry and we have a board level commitment to have 5% of all staff as new entrants training or completing an approved training scheme or apprenticeship.
